With our CycloRotors, we develop a new, sustainable, highly maneuverable, and environmentally accepted eVTOL propulsion solution for the 21st century. Design, assembly and validation of test benches and avionics components to support our flying prototypes.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and review design of simple electronics assembly
• Design and assemble test benches and Hardware in the Loop setup to validate avionics and flight controller functions 
• Conduct tests on system/functions from the avionics and the flight control system 
• Support flight line during flight test on all avionics topics
• Maintain documentation and provide test report/analysis

• Education in electronics, mechatronics, robotics, aerospace or similar fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a test engineer or minimum 10 years as an aerospace/avionics technician
• HiL testing experience
• Experience with the testing of electronics (aerospace, automotive, robotics, consumer electronics) including its dependencies
• Experience as an Embedded C/C++ Developer
• Knowledge of other scripting languages (ex. Python, Matlab, bash etc.)
• PCB design knowledge (with KiCAD)
• Hands-on experience
• Independent working style and a "can-do" attitude
• Fluent English
