Job Description

As a part of the “Sales & Business Development Team”, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence. You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.

  1. Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  2. Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
  3. Manage a team targets and can generate good revenue.
  4. Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
