We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Product Designer to lead the definition of the
next-generation North Star vision for our product. This role is critical in shaping the long-
term strategic direction of Palo Alto Networks’ Next-Gen Trust Security product and aligning it
with market opportunities, customer needs, and the company’s broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop a compelling, actionable North Star vision for the future state of the product.
Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform
strategic direction.
Partner with leadership, product management, design, engineering, and other cross-
functional teams to translate the North Star vision into clear strategic pillars, product
themes, and long-term roadmap guidance.
Facilitate workshops and strategic alignment sessions with stakeholders across the
organization.
Identify emerging trends, technologies, and unmet customer needs that will shape the
product’s future.
Deliver executive-level presentations, vision narratives, and strategic artifacts.
Provide ongoing strategic advisory support throughout the 6-month engagement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Innovation Consulting,
or related roles.
Demonstrated experience leading to the creation of North Star visions or next-generation
