Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Product Designer to lead the definition of the
next-generation North Star vision for our product. This role is critical in shaping the long-
term strategic direction of Palo Alto Networks’ Next-Gen Trust Security product and aligning it
with market opportunities, customer needs, and the company’s broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
 Develop a compelling, actionable North Star vision for the future state of the product.
 Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform
strategic direction.
 Partner with leadership, product management, design, engineering, and other cross-
functional teams to translate the North Star vision into clear strategic pillars, product
themes, and long-term roadmap guidance.
 Facilitate workshops and strategic alignment sessions with stakeholders across the
organization.
 Identify emerging trends, technologies, and unmet customer needs that will shape the
product’s future.
 Deliver executive-level presentations, vision narratives, and strategic artifacts.
 Provide ongoing strategic advisory support throughout the 6-month engagement.

Qualifications
 8+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Innovation Consulting,
or related roles.
