Job Description

The perimeter has shifted from the network to the Identity Fabric. Your mission is to eliminate standing privileges across the modern stack: from the Kubernetes (K8s) Control Plane to the administrative core of SaaS applications (M365, Salesforce, GitHub). You will build the orchestration engine that dynamically injects ephemeral permissions, ensuring that "Admin" is a temporary state, never a permanent identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • K8s ZSP Orchestration: Own the roadmap for Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) in EKS, AKS, and GKE..

  • SaaS Privilege Elevation: Solve the "Shadow Admin" problem by orchestrating JIT access to SaaS apps..

  • Native Developer Velocity: Transition from a web portal to a protocol. Deliver a Native CLI experience that allows DevOps to elevate permissions without leaving their terminal.

Qualifications

  • Proven PM Excellence: 3-5+ years in Product Management, with a track record of taking a product from "customer feedback" to "shipped feature." You know how to manage a backlog and say "no" to the right things.

  • Customer-First Mindset: Significant experience in customer-facing roles. You are comfortable presenting to CISOs and white-boarding solutions with Lead DevOps Engineers.

  • Cyber Security Foundation: Solid understanding of Identity Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Zero Trust principles. Familiarity with IAM concepts (Roles, Policies, Federation)..

  • K8s & Cloud Familiarity: You understand what a Kubernetes cluster is and why managing its access is a security nightmare. You don't need to write the YAML, but you must be able to explain the difference between Cloud IAM and Cluster RBAC.

  • SaaS Savvy: Familiarity with how modern SaaS applications manage users and groups.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
