Job Description

We are growing our presence in the ASEAN region, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven in-Country Sales to lead and own our sales efforts in Vietnam. 

Role Overview: As an Identity Security Sales Expert at CyberArk, you are responsible for driving strategic business growth through the development of Vietnam's sales strategy, oversee and drive execution of all sales activities. You will also build a thriving partner ecosystem, increasing brand awareness and mindshare for CyberArk in Vietnam. Being the Identity Security expert for both new and existing customers including top banks, government and large enterprises to secure access across hybrid and cloud environments while enabling Zero Trust and digital transformation, you will lead complex sales cycles, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and deliver CyberArk Identity Security solutions in a way that creates lasting business impact at the enterprise level. 

This is a consultative, strategic sales role — focused on outcomes, deep solution value and collaborative influence across the ecosystem. You will work with internal and external partners and leverage AI-enabled sales tools to engage, influence, and win.

  • Identity Security Expert: Serve as the go-to expert in Identity Security, influencing strategy and deal execution across complex enterprise opportunities. Influence cross-portfolio demand by identifying and articulating Identity Security needs across large complex portfolios.
  • Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth of CyberArk’s Identity Security business across all identities (human, machine & AI) to new and existing enterprise customers in Vietnam. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Partner Ecosystem: Recruit, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators. Drive collaboration with the Channels team to design and implement partner programs that foster collaboration and drive mutual success. This involves enabling channel partners through knowledge transfer, motivating their leadership and sales team, and coordinating joint marketing initiatives. Additionally, maintain regular cadence meetings with distributors and partners to ensure strategic alignment and track progress.
  • Customer Engagement: Leverage on your existing strategic relationships with key customers and CXO stakeholders. Understand their needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborative value selling: Lead and coordinate multi-seller plays - ensuring cohesive positioning, solution sequencing and joint account planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Professional services to advise and position CyberArk’s solutions mapped to Customers’ business goals
  • Sales Execution: Continuously follow-up on all sales processes to advance deals towards closing. Negotiate terms/pricing and secure deal closures 
  • Brand Awareness and Demand Generation: Be the face of CyberArk Vietnam. Increase CyberArk’s visibility and brand recognition in the Thai market. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate demand and drive lead conversion
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Translate complex Identity Security concepts into clear, business-driven outcomes for executives, demonstrating technical relevance leveraging insights to influence CxO-level decisions.
  • Regular engagement: Collaborate with SE and Professional Services to assess existing accounts and to drive up-sell/cross-sell sales initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing high value deals within enterprise &/or public sector accounts
  • 10+ years of key accounts experience in quota carrying B2B software sales with demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles including identity security, PAM, IAM, Zero Trust, and compliance-driven selling 
  • Strong customer centricity and success-oriented sales mentality. Understands value selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • Considered a knowledgeable trusted advisor in given field by company and customer 
  • Organised, efficient and able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellence - experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce 
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills
