Job Description
Senior Product Manager – Mobile Applications (Workforce Access)
Overview
CyberArk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the mobile application strategy for CyberArk Workforce Access, spanning MFA, SSO, and Workforce Password Management (WPM) mobile experiences.
This role is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of CyberArk’s mobile apps as a critical control plane for secure workforce access. You will shape how millions of users authenticate, access applications, and interact with identity security on mobile devices, balancing security, usability, and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Product Strategy & Vision
Own the end-to-end mobile app strategy for CyberArk Workforce Access, covering MFA, SSO, and WPM use cases
Define the long-term vision for mobile as a first-class identity and access experience, not just an authentication companion
Drive alignment between mobile app strategy and broader Workforce Access platform goals
Establish success metrics for mobile adoption, engagement, reliability, and security
Product Execution & Delivery
Own the mobile product roadmap across iOS and Android, including feature prioritization and delivery sequencing
Partner closely with mobile engineering teams to translate strategy into executable plans and milestones
Balance rapid iteration with enterprise-grade stability, security, and compliance requirements
Lead product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from discovery through launch
MFA, SSO & WPM Experience Ownership
Own mobile experiences for:
MFA flows (push, biometrics, passkeys, offline scenarios)
Mobile-based SSO and application access
Secure access to workforce credentials via WPM
Ensure seamless, consistent experiences across mobile and desktop platforms
Drive innovation in modern authentication methods while maintaining backward compatibility
User Experience & Customer Focus
Deeply understand workforce user behavior on mobile, including authentication friction, trust signals, and recovery flows
Partner with UX/design to deliver intuitive, low-friction, and accessible mobile experiences
Engage directly with customers, field teams, and support to validate problems and iterate on solutions
Incorporate feedback from real-world enterprise deployments into product decisions
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with security, architecture, and platform teams to ensure mobile apps meet CyberArk’s security bar
Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success on launches, enablement, and adoption strategies
Serve as the primary product point of contact for all Workforce Access mobile initiatives
Influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and leadership without direct authority
