Job Description

Social media workflow

  • Draft social media and advocate copy for content scheduled to be published.
  • Schedule approved organic content in Sprinklr for each social media channel (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Connect, YouTube, etc.).
  • Request digital assets and work closely with the design team in the develop social-first graphics.
  • Collect YouTube requests and submit for SEO optimization and digital asset production
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager on campaign strategy and execution.

Maintenance

  • On-going maintenance of social media channels and content (updating bios, profiles photos, YouTube/Facebook Watch playlist etc).
  • Keep cultural holiday calendar up to date.
  • Assist Community & Employee Advocacy Manager with keeping Advocacy gamification process up to date.

Analytics

  • Prepare weekly reports on the health of CyberArk owned social channels for review.
  • Prepare ad hoc audience social listening request for Social Media Manager to review.
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager to ensure the right data is being captured.
  • Analyze social media analytics to understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for keeping up to speed on the social media landscape.
  • Sound judgment and excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively and identify and solve problems.
  • Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting. (i.e. Sprinklr, Sociabble, Everyonesocial).
  • Ability to cultivate relationships in the firm across divisions and lines of business.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Effectively communicate on project timeline, status and results.
