Job Description

CyberArk seeks for an experienced ServiceNow solution Specialist and implementor to join our global Business Application group. 

In this role, you should have strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow application. 

You will be responsible for working closely with the ServiceNow project manager and implementing various solutions within the platform. 

  • Design, develop and implement ITSM Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, Portal, HRSD, ITOM, SAM within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems 
  • Developing, installing, integrating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications 
  • Consuming Knowledge regarding the latest changes in the ServiceNow platform 
  • Evaluating and recommending a configuration that maximizes software capabilities 
  • Training, documentation, and support to the organizational teams 
  • Maintenance, including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and in the highest quality 
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc. 
  • Stay up do date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to improvement efforts.
  • Manage ServiceNow software upgrades and patching lifecycles  
  • Responsible for unit testing and end to end testing of the technical development and fix related defects until final deployment to production environments
  • Collaborate with colleagues as a technical mentor, sharing technical information, knowledge, and expertise

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development – a must 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, information science, management information systems (or equivalent field) – an advantage 
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such us ITSM, HRSD, Portal-a must
  • Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
  • Can efficiently work in Multi-tasking arena with a strong “can do” and proactive approach 
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and efficiently 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Customer-centric with an ability to understand customer needs  
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment 
  • Highly organized, motivated, and creative  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Must 
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times a year
