Job Description

The Sales Support Partner is a critical role that helps fuel our continued growth and help scale the Sales organization. In this high impact Revenue Operations role, you will provide support to UK&I Enterprise Sales organization, including sales operational assistance, prospecting, positioning, quoting, internal and external process navigation.

This role will report to Deal Support EMEA Director as part of the Revenue Operations organization.

Requirements:

· Provide operational support to Account Executives with activities such as quoting, coordinating RFP responses, and internal escalations.

· Serve as a trusted adviser to the Sales Team for all internal processes and cross-functional coordination.

· Manage internal approvals and help negotiate terms/pricing.

· Support targeting and penetrating at the CxO level, auditor and practitioner/IT level of organizations in the region in order to drive new business, cross sell and up sell opportunities.

· Identification, cultivation and formalization of relationships with key partners and 3rd parties involved in the advising on and selling of information security solutions to enterprise organizations.

· Work with local partners: transfer knowledge and motivate their management and account executives; perform mutual marketing events.

· Develop customer relationships and assist in managing a variety of requests.

Qualifications

· 2-4 years of experience in inside sales/sales operations (or similar) at a SW Vendor - security vendor is preferred.

· Track record of success in working within or support of a sales team – repeatedly meeting or exceeding targets

· Demonstrated ability to coordinate, navigate and motivate the range of internal and external influencers in enterprises to select and implement information security solutions.

· Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Salesforce.com, and CPQ tools

· Ability to exercise individual discretion and judgement.

· Highly Organized with the ability multitask, prioritize and deliver at times of high volume.

· Knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture desired- is an advantage.

· Excellent teamwork and personal accountability

· Excellent client facing and communication skills.

· Ability to apply technical skills in a business-related role.

· English native speaker
