Job Description

What will you do:

CyberArk seeks a talented IT Data Engineering Team Leader to spearhead a global team. You'll leverage your strong analytics background and technical expertise to manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide your team in designing and developing data models. Together, you'll fuel our Business Intelligence initiatives and propel CyberArk's journey to becoming a data-powered leader. 

  • Innovate, develop, and oversee the company’s core data framework, including the data pipeline and ETL processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring robust performance and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Lead the team’s development efforts towards successful project delivery. Your guidance will be instrumental in driving our success. 
  • Manage the Data Engineering Team from end-to-end. This is your opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Collaborate with the business analytics team in designing and analyzing various advanced BI processes. Your expertise will help shape our business strategies. 
  • Uphold high standards of software processes and quality within the team by establishing good practices. You’ll be the guardian of our quality standards. 
  • Ensure successful delivery that meets time, scope, and quality standards. Your role will be key in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics, with specific expertise in Snowflake or Databricks. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role. 
  • Proficiency in coding, specifically in SQL and Python.  
  • Proven experience in deploying comprehensive data pipeline solutions in multinational corporations. 
  • Solid skills in analyzing business processes.
