Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced User Experience Researcher (UXR) specializing in mixed methods to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our UX research function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cybersecurity products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, drive usability improvements, implement analytics tools, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of our diverse B2B clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify research questions and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain research plans, protocols, and timelines to support iterative design and development cycles.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create prototypes and wireframes, validating design decisions through user feedback and iterative testing.
- Analyze and synthesize complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and user behaviors that inform product strategy and design.
- Champion best practices in UX research methodologies within the organization and contribute to building a culture of customer empathy and continuous improvement.
- Implement analytics tools and frameworks to track user behavior, engagement metrics, and product performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) conducting user research in B2B SaaS software in agile development environments, preferably within cybersecurity or a related technical field.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including experience with usability testing, survey design, heuristic evaluations, and data analytics.
- Experience in tools such as UserZoom, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and usability testing platforms.
- Experience implementing and utilizing analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms to track user behavior and inform product decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience as a UX expert is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Passion for cybersecurity and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and considerations in B2B software development.
