Job Description

CyberVadis is a company in the Information Security industry and we are hiring a Customer Onboarding Executive to help us keep growing.

As a Customer Onboarding Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for our rated companies, who are looking to utilize our platform and services to improve their cybersecurity performance.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for rated companies by making sure that they will participate in the assessment by proactively reaching out to them via email and phone to ease their onboarding experience, answer questions, and provide consultative assistance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their specific needs, and establish a clear onboarding plan.
  • Take appropriate steps to listen, understand, and engage with the customer to find solutions & communicate options.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the CyberVadis platform, processes, & practices ensuring quality.
  • Monitor and track the progress of each onboarding case, ensuring milestones are met, follow-up is done and any potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to understand requesting customer requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as legal and finance, to ensure we meet customer needs in the onboarding stage.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (a must)
  • Proven experience in customer onboarding or support, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Location: Mauritius

Start date: ASAP

Full time position: (Permanent after 6 months probation)
