Position Description: We are seeking a qualified individual to fill a four-month temporary assignment from May 2024 to August 2024, providing coverage for a leave of absence. The ideal candidate would be available to commence earlier to familiarize themselves with Cutera's processes and procedures.

The Company’s technology enables physicians to provide advanced solutions for a broad range of medical aesthetic applications including improving the skin’s appearance through the treatment of superficial benign vascular and pigmented lesions, unwanted hair removal, improvement in skin laxity and wrinkles, and body contouring and sculpting.
Job Description
The Executive Assistant will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Meeting management including preparing agendas, printing financial reports, taking notes, distributing action items
- Communicating on behalf of CEO/CFO and GC both internally and externally
- Complex calendar management and scheduling (both personally and professionally) on behalf of the CEO/CFO and GC
- Serving as the main contact to route inbound requests from investors and financial research analysts
- Managed Board of Director communications
- Providing varying administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, etc.
- Project management and accounts payable duties
- Weekly expense reporting on behalf of the CEO/CFO/GC
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of SEC filings
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of board materials
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
- Help proofread and validate data for financial filings
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must be extremely accurate, organized and detailed in their work
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet quickly approaching deadlines
- Solid knowledge and understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Experience organizing and managing critical business meetings
- Experience with Board of Directors
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Exercise discretion and keen judgment while handling highly confidential and proprietary matters
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
- Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service
- Expert level written and verbal communications
- Proficiency in grammar, spelling and proofreading
- Ability to understand and interpret policies and procedures as well as apply them with consistency
- Experience working for a public company or medical device company preferred.
Education / Training:
- AA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Notary Certified (preferred)
- Paralegal Certificate a plus
Additional Information
Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting:
Pay rate: $25.00 to $40.00/hour
The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based. We reserve the option to pay above this range for exemplary experience or higher education.
