Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Software QA Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of end-to-end testing for various software applications, including SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing integrations between various systems and have a strong understanding of IT security concepts. The Software QA Analyst will work closely with cross-functional IT teams as well as end-users to assist with user approval processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of software applications, including SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Test integrations between various systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Familiar with IT security concepts and ensuring applications meet security requirements.
  • Document all test evidence in Jira and maintain detailed records of testing results.
  • Understand SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and ITGCs (IT General Controls).
  • Assist with user approval process by working closely with cross-functional IT teams as well as end-users.
  • Report and track defects using Jira and other defect tracking tools.
  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with software developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide testing updates.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and technologies.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software QA analysis.
  • Hands-on testing experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Python, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Experience in testing automation tools such as Selenium, Appium or UFT.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and load testing.
  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications
  • Hands-on testing experience in Salesforce.
