Job Description
Being the key point of contact with Cutera’s and non-Cutera’s clients in Middle East and Africa markets as assigned by DRM; The Clinical Trainer will maintain relationships by providing quality support, scientific information, researching and recommending new opportunities and identifying new customer leads that will positively impact profit improvements. The Clinical Trainer will be working closely with local distributor to maximize and stretch the pipeline and enlarge the pool of hot prospects in order to drive more revenue to the table. The Clinical Trainer will be reporting to DRM and will work under his close supervision. The Clinical Trainer duties and responsibilities will be to:
- Define with the MEA Distributor Manager the commercial strategy by distributor in alignment with regional initiatives and sales targets
- Create tactics and strategies to support growth and commercial based on political, economic, and competitive challenges
- Create, define and execute the development plan by product in each territory and implement within the distributors across the region
- Work closely with distributors to make sure their customers are pushing Cutera treatments, and pushing Cutera on social media and work with customers and distributors to propel upgrades sales as well as consumables sales
- Develop KOL’s and work closely with current key opinion leaders (KOLs) and centers of excellence (COE) to develop the business and support regional efforts [in partnership with Marketing Coordinator]
- Develop speakers, clinical study sites and luminaries to support regional efforts
- Act as the point of contact for customers and distributors for scientific purposes, as answering product, competitive, and ongoing requests/questions
- Consolidate distributor leads and share with MEA Distributor Manager & Cutera HQ for marketing purposes, and to track sales process & progress; Push distributors to enlarge the pool of leads as and when needed per product
- Work closely with Distributor Relationship Manager & Cutera HQ to define best plan to help distributors close the deals within the hot leads
- Support distributors with double visits in order to gain ongoing market knowledge and updates, increase focus on Cutera, help address customer concerns and gather feedback
- Conduct marketing and development business meetings with distributors
- Explore all sales/upgrade opportunities in conjunction with the Distributor Relationship Manager
- Run open days/events with the distributors to push treatments, increase awareness and create leads
- Provide clinical treatment/training as and when needed & Support MEA clinical room when needed [work in harmony with Clinical Application Specialist]
- Helping Distributor Relationship Manager to locate potential distributors across the region
- Provide full analytical reports including full list of customers, accounts, potential users and push distributors to enlarge the pool of target customers
- Other duties as assigned by Distributor Relationship Manager & Cutera HQ
- Traveling a minimum of 60% across the region
- Other tasks to be defined based on International needs
