Job Description

As a member of the Human Resource team, you will focus on delivering an extraordinary employee experience, building positive relationships with our employees, and cultivating a company culture that emphasizes our core values; Innovative, Customer-Centric, Results Driven, Accountability, and Quality-Minded. 

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration Assistance:
  1. Process all benefits enrollment with accurate eligibility information.
  2. PlanSource Management
  3. Billing Reconciliation
  • Data Administration & preparation:
  1. Data entry into HRIS (BambooHR)
  2. Onboarding package preparation
  3. Off-boarding documentation
  4. Maintain employee records
  5. PTO coordination
  6. Payroll coordination
  • VOE – Verification of employment request
  • First point of contact for employee requests and questions.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education / Experience:

  • AA/AS degree or equivalent experience; BS/BA preferred.
  • At least two years of HR Coordinator or Specialist experience in a corporate environment
