Job Description

Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera customers to educate Physicians and Staff on Cutera device pieces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera customers to educate Physicians and staff on Cutera devices
  • Provide customer, sales representative, distributor, and clinical trainer support via phone, email, and personalized webinars
  • Provide clinical support to sales representatives at customer sales demos and marketing events when necessary
  • Assist in the development of training materials for all aspects of Cutera training needs including end-users, Cutera clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors
  • Support customer educational events to provide onsite demonstrations, answer clinical questions, and provide general clinical support
  • Assist in the delivery of the train the trainer program, conducting and presenting at training seminars
  • Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips

 

Requirements:

  • RN, NP, PA, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Dermatology or Aesthetic office
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the use of lasers for aesthetic/dermatologic applications
  • Experience in Dermatologist office highly preferred
  • Experience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferred
  • Experience with travel-based field-work highly preferred
  • Ability to assist in the development of training materials
  • Strong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
