Family owned full service Promotional Products and Marketing Company in business for 36 years. Seeking a full-time employee as an inside Sales & Marketing Assistant to Account Executive.

Job Description

Responsibilities not limited to:
• Customer Service
• Provide Pricing to clients
• Inventory management
• ASI and Wearable Purchasing (limited)
• Inside Sales
• Follow Up with quotes
• Order tracking
• ASI Sourcing
• Vendor Management
• Webstore support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 - 3 years customer service/sales and/or Business to Business experience (within industry, if possible)

Additional Information

Skills:
• Attention to detail, organization, thoroughness, time management.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and XP and the internet
• Knowledge of Promotional Products Industry Preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to multi task
• Team player with the ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the company
