Job Description
Your opportunity
This is a 14 month Max Term Contract
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of integration activities, ensuring a seamless transition of Indue’s clients, products, and systems onto Cuscal’s acquiring platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across technology, operations, product and client teams to drive outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
You'll also make an impact by:
- Lead the planning and delivery of integration initiatives across the project
- Manage the migration of Indue’s client base and systems onto Cuscal platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency and delivery success
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to support a smooth transition experience
- Drive governance, reporting and communication across the project lifecycle
- Ensure delivery aligns to Cuscal’s strategic objectives and customer outcomes
Qualifications
About You
You’re a delivery-focused Project Manager who thrives in complex transformation environments. You bring a strong understanding of payments or financial services and are confident navigating system integrations and client migrations.
You’ll also bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale integration or transformation programs
- Experience within payments (cards), acquiring or financial services environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
- A collaborative mindset aligned to working as one team
