The Change Manager leads the design and delivery of change strategies that enable successful execution of Program Sundial. This role ensures organisational change is embedded across all workstreams and that change-related risks are actively identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout each delivery phase.

Working closely with the Programme Director and Workstream leads, the Change Manager will:

  • Embed a risk-aware change culture by integrating change risk controls into delivery milestones.
  • Support readiness across Cuscal and Indue teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and integration objectives.
  • Maintain visibility of change impacts and risk posture across the program lifecycle.

This role is critical to ensuring the Program delivers sustainable outcomes with minimal disruption and strong stakeholder confidence.

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Co-designing, developing and delivering change management plans considering program - and initiative-specific requirements to meet Program Sundial objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Leveraging best practice to support developing, implementing and embedding change management framework components to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes in the Program.
  • Supporting the design and development and maintenance of a portfolio view of all Program Sundial in-flight and pipeline change initiatives.
  • Providing transparent and clear outcomes/insights on impacts and timing of changes to ensure effective Program decisions and business decisions.
