We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Marketing Team.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that support product positioning, customer engagement, and go-to-market success. This role bridges the gap between product, marketing, and sales by creating compelling content that communicates the value of products and services to target audiences. Responsibilities for the role include:
- Developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences
- Leading GTM planning and execution for new product launches and feature updates
- Creating sales enablement materials such as product sheets, pitch decks, FAQs, and competitive battlecards
- Conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform messaging and strategy
- Collaborating with Product, Business Development, and Client Partnerships to ensure alignment and feedback loops
- Creating and overseeing the production of high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media assets
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex product features into clear, customer-centric messaging
- Optimising content for SEO, engagement, and conversion across digital channels
- Managing content calendars, editorial workflows, and content governance processes
About You:
You’re passionate about crafting compelling product narratives, driving go-to-market strategies, and creating high-impact content that connects with customers and fuels business growth with the below skills/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience in content marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and product messaging frameworks.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, digital marketing channels, SEO, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to learn and understand new technical product concepts quickly and communicate them in a way that resonates with the target audience.
