Your Opportunity 

As the Senior Transformation Analyst , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of Cuscal’s Group Risk and Compliance transformation program. From co-designing, implementing and embedding the change management initiatives across the Program to deliver sustainable Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability and risk cultural uplift, your work will make a tangible difference to the businesses and customers that the Australian financial sector serves. 

You’ll also make an impact by: 

• Co-designing, developing and delivering change management artefacts e.g training materials, communication materials, publications, presentations, training sessions.
• Supporting the design and development and maintenance of a portfolio view of all Program in-flight and pipeline change initiatives.
• Providing transparent and clear outcomes/insights on impacts and timing of changes to ensure effective Program decisions and business decisions.
• Supporting the change management initiatives within the Program to support successful delivery of the overall Program Diamond risk uplifts.
• Supporting design and delivering proactive and responsive communications strategies to communicate effectively about program initiatives. 

What you’ll bring 

You’re a problem solver with an inquisitive nature, you have excellent communications skills and a passion for strategic thinking. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to contribute to a dynamic team. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll have: 

• Experience with large scale organisational change efforts in delivering risk capability and cultural uplift.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools on complex and regulatory focus programs.
• 4+ years of experience in Change Management
