Curzon Staffing is a 26-year-old boutique staffing company that provides unparalleled temporary, temp to hire and full time staffing solutions to its clients.  We are located in Alexandria, Virginia and are well known for providing excellent service and top-notch candidates.  Partially in response to our client’s demands, we have decided to launch Curzon Search Partners, our executive search division. 

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter with 5+ years successful business experience and a strong entrepreneurial streak that wants to get in on the ground floor of building this segment of our business.  The ideal person will execute the full cycle of the recruiting process from initial client contact, research, execution and completion of the search. If you have the proven ability to develop strong relationships and you are skilled at identifying and recruiting executives, we want to talk to you.

 The Role:

• Developing the Executive Recruitment segment of business
• Building key relationships with hiring managers and consult with them on their needs for top talent.
• Developing a base of clients in the greater Washington Metro area and building a book of business
• Sales prospecting, direct marketing, and client presentations.
• Identifying and building relationships with talented professionals and matching the talents of those professionals with our open searches. 

• 5+ years experience in executive search and placement
• College degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Strategic thinker
• Extraordinary oral and written communication
• Competitive, goal driven, but able to work with and as a part of a team
• Self motivated
• Sense of humor
