If you are looking to break into recruitment, this is a industry leading opportunity. This will be our fourth Trainee Recruiter intake - so we know the development environment we created works. We have a great track-record in developing talent. We choose our Trainees very carefully and provide full support to develop your skills for you to be the very best you can be.

As a Trainee Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant, you will actively source and recruit the best talent in the market, pre-screen candidates and arrange interviews with hiring managers and maintain high levels of candidate experience. Good academic credentials are great, but not essential. It is essential that you can demonstrate a keen interest in recruitment, the operation of business and have the initiative and drive to take on new challenges and work to tight deadlines. On top of that, you need to love talking to people! Ideal candidates will have previous experience within an office environment.

Our current team work on a hybrid model - primarily from home and a day or so a week in the office. We'll explain how all of this works.
