Job Description

The Curve Group has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the HR Shared Service Centre (HR SSC) team based at its Hinton site. This is a varied and challenging role which primarily will be supporting our HRO clients as well as our internal HR function with administration under the direction of the HR SSC Manager. As such we are looking for an extremely organised, accurate and articulate team player

The position is required to provide HR related administration through the processing and actioning of data and related tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.

The employee lifecycle includes but is not limited to:

o    new starters

o    employment screening

o    contract changes

o    probation

o    suspension & disciplinaries

o    grievance

o    appeals

o    leavers

o    inbound reference requests

Additional Information

Knowledge/Experience:

·         

·         High attention to detail and accuracy whilst working in a fast-paced environment

·         Experience of working within an administrative or HR administration role 

·         Experience of HR software is desirable but not essential

·         Good working use of Microsoft Office

·         Excellent organisation and administration skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing deadlines

·         Agile and willing to learn

·         Able to work as part of a team, whilst using own initiative

·         Able to build excellent working relationships with clients, but have the capacity to push back when needed

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills including tact and diplomacy

·         An understanding of the importance of confidentiality

·         HR qualification or working towards is desirable but not essential
