Job Description

The Recruitment Administration Operations Lead will ensure the effective day to day delivery of recruitment administration services as part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) offering. The role will manage a team of administrators to process recruitment administration including interview organisation, managing on-boarding and pre-employment screening.

The role may involve handling sensitive data and therefore pre-screening / vetting will be required. Any offer will be subject to these background checks.

 Key Responsibilites

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of services for recruitment administration
  • Manage a team of administrators and co-ordinators and ensure that work is completed with the right priorities in mind to fulfil client requirements
  • Confident in dealing with complex and sensitive data and administration
  • Act as point of escalation for any issues
  • Responding to all enquiries within the set Service Level Agreements per client contract
  • Production of MI
  • Production of internal MI
  • Ensure effective use of technology to support delivery of the service
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in operational process, service and ways of working using both MI and through the use of technology
  • Management and delivery of HR services relating to processes and administration of all elements of the employee lifecycle
  • Responsible for maintaining all Client materials, including Operating Manuals, keeping them up to date, including version control
  • Any other duties that may be identified from time to time
