Job Description

Purpose:

 

The purpose of the role is to ensure the effective management of our outsourced HR administration services, ensuring client service levels are met whilst leading and developing our team. This is a core service offering as part of our strategy within HR outsourcing.  This role will manage a team of Operations Leads and Administrators who process HR administration requirements for our outsourced HR clients.

The role will involve handling sensitive data and therefore pre-screening / vetting will be required. Any offer will be subject to these background checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day to day delivery of our HR Administration function
  • Manage a team of HR Ops Leads and Administrators to ensure that work is completed with the right priorities in mind to fulfil client requirements
  • Manage team one to one’s and review process and ensure performance issues are managed effectively
  • Ensure delivery against set SLA and KPIs as per client contracts
  • Oversee the quality of client deliverables
  • Manage team relationships to ensure exceptional performance
  • Manage resource capacity and capability to balance the needs of multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Establish operational objectives and create clear plans and milestones to achieve them
  • Drive continuous improvement ideology to improve productivity, customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Deal with complex and sensitive data administration
  • Production and interpretation of internal MI to support business decisions
  • Ensure effective use of technology to support delivery of the service
  • Support with internal audit, change management and account management business processes
  • Support with new client implementation, taking workstream lead responsibility for your area
  • Support client business partners in any client issue resolution

·         Build and maintain exceptional relationship with operational leads and delivery functions within Curve to ensure seamless delivery to clients 

Any other duties that may be identified from time to time

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

·         People Management experience

·         Outsource contract management

·         Knowledge of HR practice preferable

·         Prior experience of managing SLA and KPI deliverables

·         Ability to work in a matrixed client management environment

·         Excellent IT skills

·         Strong desire to drive continuous improvements in operations and people

Passion for delivering excellence in people services

         Advanced Excel skills are desirable.
