Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Office and Infrastructure is a pivotal area of the business where we ensure that we match the needs of the business when it comes to IT support and Facilities Management.
This role is to provide administration and office support to the whole business ensuring that everyone has everything they need to operate on a daily basis right through from subsistence to IT.
The successful candidate will be supported through a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Certificate from the Institute for Apprentices and Technical Education (IfATE).
You will have a passion around customer services and IT with a real desire to support.
Provide administrative and office support to the business
Main contact for all incoming calls
Support with company-wide events
Diary, Travel Booking and Meeting room management
Support with PowerPoint Presentations
Managing IT queries and escalating through to our IT support company
Managing the ordering and usage of stationery and office consumables
Setting up new starters IT equipment
Maintaining an audit list of equipment, IT access
Qualifications
Can do attitude
Passionate about Customer Service
Confident telephone manner
Excellent timekeeping with the ability to prioritise
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
A strong personality, with the ability to establish a good rapport with colleagues and Clients at every level.
A genuine interest in learning technology applications
Ability to use technology and appreciate the range and scope of Microsoft applications
Strong attention to detail is essential.
As part of the role, you may be required to handle sensitive data and therefore pre-screening / vetting will be required
