Job Description

Job Purpose

The Internal Resourcing Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of all internal hiring across The Curve Group.

The role will be responsible for the end to end internal recruitment process along with defining clear attraction strategies to ensure The Curve Group the best possible employees to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire end to end recruitment process in alignment with the Group strategy of all vacancies including permanent and temporary roles
  • Liaise with key stakeholders internally to The Curve Group, and externally where appropriate, to ensure all parties are aligned to the processes
  • Source and select the best possible talent in a speedy and responsive way
  • Build a pipeline of talent for the Group
  • Creating most effective use of online advertising including LinkedIn, Broadbean and any other social networking platforms necessary
  • Develop an effective Engagement strategy, in conjunction with the Group’s values to ensure that the Curve Group remains a competitive employer of choice
  • To take briefs for roles within the business and ensure job and person specifications are suitable and reflect the organisation’s values and are compliant with the Equality Regulations
  • To develop the most appropriate strategy to manage applicants effectively, ensuring their Curve journey is a positive one, even if they are not suitable for the role under consideration, thereby retaining a good reputation of the Group
  • Ensure all mandatory and regulatory obligations are adhered to and best practice approach is adopted throughout the process
  • Feedback to the business on the marketplace and make recommendations on future strategy
  • Contribute to the development of an effective resourcing process
  • Make recommendations of improvement to The Curve Group Employee Value Proposition to further support attraction of talent to the business
  • Any other duties that may be identified from time to time
