Job Description

Working within our Recruitment on Demand part of the business, this role is supporting our recruitment team with co-ordination and administration activities across the whole recruitment process ensuring that the process flows and all data is kept up to date. The role is a mixture of administration and co-ordination and customer experience as you will be responsible for the co-ordination of their interviews and the processing of on-boarding the successful candidates. 

The purpose of the role is to provide an exceptional customer service to give the candidates a great experience throughout their recruitment and on-boarding journey and to support our recruitment team and senior management with diary and admin support. Responsibilities include:

  • Raising vacancies on the recruitment System
  • Assisting with interview room booking and interview arrangements
  • Diary Management
  • Dealing with the on-boarding process including pre-employment screening
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Proof reading documents
  • Formatting documents
  • Liaising with the candidate throughout the on-boarding journey
  • Creating offer contracts
  • Checking contracts
  • Escalation of any queries and risks throughout the Pre-Employment screening process
  • General recruitment related queries

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced admin’ or process driven environment whilst delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to show initiative and taking on multiple tasks at the same time whilst working within a fast-paced service and process driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to overcome problems with a positive attitude
  • Logical, systematic and have an organised approach
  • Advanced IT skills using Microsoft Office
  • As part of the role you may be required to handle sensitive data and therefore pre-screening / vetting will be required. Any offer will be subject to these background checks
