Job Description

Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a creative digital marketing role within a rapidly growing and fast paced business.  

The primary focus of this role will be to develop and execute creative digital content to support the wider sales and marketing strategy for the business. This includes creative design of new content i.e. images, graphics, pictures and animations utilising relevant design programmes such as Photoshop and/or InDesign and delivery of content across our social media accounts, company website, paid advertising channels, for bids and other platforms / publications as required.

This role requires a proactive and confident self-starter with a creative flare who can generate engaging digital content to promote The Curve Group and our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and production of creative content, converting key sales messages into new graphics, images, pictures and animations etc
  • Management and ownership of The Curve Group’s social media strategy, content calendar and accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook), posting creative content via appropriate platforms and channels to promote the company and increase followers and brand presence, reporting on performance and monitoring trends and successful content to inform the ongoing strategy
  • Maintenance of The Curve Group’s (WordPress) website, ensuring new creative content is featured where appropriate, new joiners are added, news articles and other new content generated by the wider team is posted regularly, utilising google analytics to report on popular pages and content to inform the ongoing strategy
  • Working with the Sales, Bid and Marketing team to develop creative content as required for sales documents, display and re-marketing pay per click campaigns, LinkedIn sponsored content, mailshots, bids, events, PR, internal communications and for existing clients to support value added activities
  • Contributing to the planning and coordination of new video content for The Curve Group’s website and social media channels, liaising with external video production companies and video subjects as required

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience

  • Creative flare with the ability to transfer key sales messages into creative digital content
  • Qualification in design / marketing desirable but not essential if relevant experience is evident
  • Ability to use design software / programmes i.e. Photoshop / InDesign is essential
  • Ability to use animation / video editing software is desirable
  • Experience of posting content on core social media channels is essential
  • Experience of managing / updating a website (not coding but adding new content) is desirable
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and demonstrate use of initiative
  • A flexible approach to work and willingness to undertake activities in support of the wider team
