Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced HR administrator to join our HR Client Services team based in Hinton near Brackley.  

Typical activities will include administrating the following;

  • New Starter Process
  • Contract Variation letters
  • Probation Tracking
  • System updates 
  • Leaver Process

There is also potential for the role to deliver first line advisory support to line managers and be involved with HR related projects.  

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience of working within a solid HR administrative role 
  • Dealing with the full employee life-cycle in terms of administration support 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Experience of  HR software 
  • HR qualification or working towards is desirable but not essential
