Job Description
The Sales & Pricing Analyst will be responsible for maintaining our customer partner records and the recurring sales reports for our commercial organization. They will participate in customer strategy discussions and implement changes in our system, documentation platforms and sales reports. It is a highly visible position that will work closely with the sales team and cross functional groups to support a stable reporting suite in Power BI, sales program management, and related process procedures. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to our customer needs and business strategy. This position will report to the Director of Sales Reporting and Analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Master Maintenance
- Create & maintain customer records in SAP that spans across our distributor, agent and end user partners.
- Implement agent territory updates to customer accounts and condition tables
- Ensure accuracy of attribute fields dependent in sales reports and business operations.
- Run SAP queries and winshuttle scripts for analysis and mass maintenance.
- Maintain customer condition tables and hierarchy relationships necessary for daily business operations.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain existing reports and create new reports in Power BI and excel.
- Buying Group reporting and external portal submissions
- Canada Product Recycling Fee remit reporting and regulation maintenance in SAP
- Support Incentive & Compensation Manager with internal rep quota development, customer program tracking, and related analytics
- Promotion performance tracking & earnings results
- Various requests and data support to the Commercial organization
- Other
- Participate in SIOP reviews and assist with Demand Review inputs such as pipeline and updated sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with Digital Tools team to understand customer experience and critical customer data managed from SAP to Salesforce environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales reporting, analytics, or related roles.
- Analytical thinker with BI, Excel and SAP experience
Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $65,000-$85,000.
