Curate is looking for a senior front-end web application developer to contribute to the transition of our SAAS application to a server-less architecture. This opportunity is for a full-time position at our office in Kirkwood, MO.
Act as the front-end expert - defining best practices and coaching fellow developers
Write clear and concise code that can be easily tested and maintained
Troubleshoot and solve (hopefully minimal) production bugs as they arise
Participate in peer code reviews and provide feedback
Test fellow team member’s work to ensure proper functionality
Estimate effort, time, and complexity on units of work
Participate in daily scrum meetings
Work directly with leadership in our growing development department
Learn new skills, frameworks, and technologies as we transition to a server-less architecture.
2+ years of hands-on front-end web development experience using a reactive framework such as React, Vue.JS, Angular, etc.
Experience with CSS pre-compilers such as SASS or LESS
Experience creating web applications using a component-based architecture
Hands-on experience with source control tools (Git)
Expert at integrating with various API endpoints
Ability to translate user stories into working code
Experience using browser and IDE based debugging tools
Knowledge of caching strategies
Experience working with CDNs
Bonus Points for Experience With
AWS (S3, Cloudfront, DynamoDB, Cognito, Lambda)
