Job Description

Curate is looking for a few full-stack web developers to contribute to the development of new and existing features within our SAAS web application. If you’re passionate about web development, love working with and learning new technology, and want to be a part of a small but mighty team that loves what they do, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. We’re looking for all skill levels and experience - salary is negotiable.

This is a full-time development position in our Kirkwood, MO location.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear and concise code that can be easily tested and maintained

  • Troubleshoot and solve (hopefully minimal) production bugs as they arise

  • Participate in peer code reviews and provide feedback

  • Test fellow team member’s work to ensure proper functionality

  • Estimate effort, time, and complexity on units of work

  • Participate in daily scrum meetings

  • Follow team and industry established best practices

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of web development experience

  • Solid HTML & CSS Skills

  • Familiarity with advanced JavaScript frameworks (react, vue, angular, etc)

  • Hands-on experience with source control tools (Git)

  • Understanding of how web sites are hosted and accessed

  • Ability to translate user stories into working code

  • Experience using browser and IDE based debugging tools

  • Knowledge of relational databases
