Salary:   £12.71 per hour

Shift:      Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Permanent | Full-Time

We're looking for a reliable Cleaner to join us at our busy operation in Workington, where you will play an important role in keeping our warehouse, office and working areas clean, organised and suitable for working operations

What you'll be doing:

• Working to a schedule, weather permitting. Keep the site in a clean tidy state
• Maintain hygiene in the offices, canteen and toilets. Making regular checks throughout the day.
• Emptying all bins on site and disposing into the correct skips.
• Operating the road sweeper, keeping all warehouse clean and tidy.
• Making sure all walkways are kept clean, unobstructed and dry.
• Manage cleaning supplies and alerting the office team when stock needs replacing.
• Patrolling the site and keeping the outside areas litter free.
• Keeping the Coshh store clean and organised
• Assist where required with the monthly safe and legal checks (e.i. Legionalla checks, Fire extinguisher inspections etc).

What we're looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous
• Reliable and punctual approach to work 
• Good attention to detail
• Proactive approach to keeping the workplace clean and safe
• Ability to work independently
