Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join our team in Swadlincote on a full time permanent basis!
As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Network Development, Commercial Division and Marketing team, including managing small projects aligned with the administrator’s skill set to further support the business.
Salary: £29,246 per annum.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities of an Site Administrator include:
- Provide full administrative support to Network Development team, Commercial department and Senior Management team.
- To support the recruitment of new partners by producing documents, data, reports and KPIs including: Partner Contracts, Process Changes, Recruitment Packs including non-disclosure agreements, Area profiles and maps, Recruitment Campaigns.
- Support new Partner onboarding and corporate customer onboarding, setup and implementation activities, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are completed.
- Manage and support purchase orders (POs), invoices, finance administration and query resolution.
- Produce, maintain and distribute KPI reporting for Partners, Customers and 444 activity.
- To assist with external marketing on behalf of TPN and their Partners.
- Support the Commercial Director in managing in-house platforms.
- Assist and support the Marketing Manager with the planning and organisation of Partner events.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and management information to support operational and commercial decision making.
- Service failure administration – RNM’s to provide adjudication outcome.
Qualifications
- Proficient in providing high-level administrative support, including document management, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Previous experience in a support role within a commercial or network development team, ideally within logistics or partner-driven industries.
- Experience in using CRM platforms and in-house tools, with the ability to support the Commercial Director in managing these systems.
- Competent in conducting area research for partner recruitment and sales using tools like Hubspot and Fame, interpreting data to support strategic decisions.
- Ability to produce accurate documents, data, and reports, ensuring quality in partner contracts, recruitment packs, and other critical materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with TPN partners and internal teams, building strong relationships and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Capable of efficiently coordinating multiple tasks, including event planning, recruitment campaigns, and project assignments, with a strong focus on prioritisation.
