Job Description

Our Market Drayton site have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Salary: £22,678.50

Working hours: Monday - Friday (days), 09:00-14:30 (6.5hr shifts)

Key Duties of a Fleet Administrator:

  • Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records for storage in line with company standard.
  • Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.
  • Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
  • Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the Company’s tachograph system
  • Booking and keeping records of periodic driver training.  
  • Administration of all toll road accounts.
  • Supporting depot investigations by providing vehicle related data.
  • Handling feedback from members of public.
  • Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out any other formal and legal duties.
  • Record keeping and archive control.

  • Numerate and literate
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
