Job Description

We’re looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join Culina Group, taking ownership of multiple sites across the South Midlands.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong FM background in a fast-paced environment (logistics, construction, manufacturing or similar) who is comfortable managing multiple sites, projects, and priorities — and is happy to travel regularly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing FM across a multi-site estate
  • Leading capex projects from planning through to delivery
  • Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory maintenance
  • Driving cost efficiencies and contractor performance
  • Working closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operations
  • Owning supplier relationships, tenders, and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Facilities Management role
  • Background in a fast-paced sector (logistics, construction, retail, manufacturing etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple sites and contractors
  • Strong understanding of H&S and compliance
  • Comfortable managing budgets, capex, and projects
  • Willingness to travel across the region regularly
  • NEBOSH / IOSH / BIFM
  • Technical background (mechanical, electrical, building services)
