Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our friendly team at our expanding Harworth site on a full time permanent basis!
Salary: £25,214 + £2,000 Night Premium
Working hours: NIGHTS 22:00-06:00
As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day site operation through general site, facilities, H&S and compliance activities. Offering outstanding and organised support in a friendly environment and providing a helpful service.
Regular Duties of an Operations Administrator:
- Review current Autostore outbound loads
- Catch up all email and teams communications
- ensure all Groupage loads are correctly planned and running
- Complete bay op packs for Groupage loads for consolidation
- Compile labels for Groupage loads post consolidation
- Complete portals for Groupage loads post consolidation
- Complete PoDs for Groupage loads post consolidation
- Review all Running Courier orders
- Review all PWG Running orders
- Complete Courier Process and labelling post pick complete
- Complete PWG process and labelling post pick complete
- Review all paperwork for the previous 24 hrs and provide any necessary feedback
- Update Operations Control emails and Teams and respond appropriately
- Review current loading/unloading schedule and support Ops control
- Review proposed next day Groupage/Courier/PWG loads
- Review all labels and consumables counts
- Complete Consumables Order
- Collate previous day's QC checking numbers and report
- Complete weekly RDT and Radio Audits.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in an administrative team in a logistics / warehouse environment.
- Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner both with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members.
- Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates compliance.
- Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
