We are now recruiting for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a full time, permanent basis at our Washington site. New pass drivers will be considered. 

In your role as a LGV Driver, you will be operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering and collecting chilled stock from Local and Regional Distribution Centres as well as Farms and Packhouses across the UK.

Shifts available:

• Friday - Monday 12:00pm-16:00pm start window or 16:00pm-20:00pm start window.
• Sunday-Thursday 02:00am-06:00am start window.
• Tuesday-Saturday 00:00am-06:00am start window. 
• Friday-Monday 00:00am-06:00am start window.
• Saturday-Wednesday 14:00pm-18:00pm start window. 
• Friday-Tuesday 14:00pm-18:00pm start window. 

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence - New pass drivers will be considered. 
• Current CPC
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
