As an industrial support service, we have a dedicated CAM (Culina Asset Management) team whose priority is to take care of and manage the assets including trucks, trailers and MHE for the wider Culina Group. With more than 15,000 assets, we go above and beyond to ensure that our 2.2 million deliveries reach the correct location.

Job Description

Programme Overview

Our two year rotational graduate programme in Culina Asset Management offers you the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of third party logistics asset management through a series of structured rotations. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, tackle real world logistics challenges, and contribute to impactful projects.

This programme is designed to accelerate your professional growth, enhance your skill set, and provide you with a holistic understanding of fleet management from ordering of new vehicles to receipt and decommission, vehicle compliance including O licence procedure and audits, group insurance and our help desk support.

Key Features

  • Rotations – You will complete rotations across different areas of compliance, fleet management, helpdesk and insurance. This will allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our fleet operations and identify your areas of interest and expertise.
  • Mentorship – Throughout your programme, you will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance, support and valuable insights into the industry. Mentors are experienced professionals who are committed to helping you succeed and grow in your logistics career.
  • Training and development – We believe in investing in our employees’ growth and development. You will have access to a wide range of training programmes and workshops focused on logistics best practises, strategies, technology solutions and leadership development.
  • Networking Opportunities – As part of our Graduate rotational programme, you will have the chance to connect with professionals from various departments and levels within our organisation. Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Strong academic record and a genuine interest in transportation and fleet management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in teams
  • Analytical mind-set and problem solving abilities
  • Flexible and adaptability to thrive in a fast paced logistics environment
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
