Job Description

We are currently seeking a Driver Debriefer to join our Transport team at our Minworth site.  As a Driver Debriefer you will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Transport Department.

Shift Pattern: :4 on 4 off Days 06:00 to 18:00

Salary: £26,622 Per Annum

Job responsibilities of Driver De-Briefer include:

  • Contribute to the success of the site by ensuring that all POD and Return processes are carried out in accordance with the site policy documents.
  • Booking in collections for customers and completion of relevant paperwork.
  • Booking in deliveries for customers.
  • Investigate any collection queries.
  • Ensure all paperwork is returned for all customer deliveries despatched from site, and chase outstanding POD’s.
  • Liaising with staff at other depots and external contacts.
  • Photocopying, printing, organising and storing documents and computer based information.
  • Managing inbound diary for all customers.
  • Monitoring daily the clean POD workflow.
  • Controlling period end spreadsheets.
  • Compiling lists of outstanding POD’s and contacting the hauliers to request.
  • Reporting the POD’s outstanding each day.

Qualifications

As a Driver De-Briefer you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

  • Attention to detail / accuracy.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually.
