Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a HR Data Analyst to join our HR team at our Banbury site. 
As HR Analyst you will develop and produce standard monthly reports for the HRD as well as responding to bespoke data requests. Data presentation and analysis are key elements of the role and you will monitor and perform regular audits across the various HR teams to ensure the integrity of the data.

You will provide insightful data through interpreting complex data and identifying trends as well as reviewing HR processes and procedures to ensure the information is accurate, informative and will assist in resolving HR related issues.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader.

Please Note - you MUST have a full UK driving licence to apply for this role due to occasional travel commitments. 

Job responsibilities of HR Data Analyst include:

  • Producing and analysing monthly statistics and trends including absence, turnover and retention
  • Analysis of HR data, metrics, and statistics, and applying this to make business improvements and recommendations
  • Liaising with the regional HR team to keep up to date within the employee relations climate, reporting data trends to the HRD.
  • Supporting regional HR team with internal documentation for new starters, leavers, employee changes etc.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and organisation charts
  • Supporting the HRD in the delivery of key transformational projects.

Qualifications

To apply for the role of HR Data Analyst, you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

  • Excellent Excel experience – up to and advanced level, including formulas, pivot tables and v-look ups.
  • Have an extremely high attention to detail.
  • You will be experienced in working with systems and data, from an HR background.
  • Strong data manipulation and reporting experience.
  • You are highly confident in working with standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to retain confidentiality is critical.
  • Ideally have previous experience of working with HR systems such as SAP Success Factors, Kronos and Resourcelink.
  • You will have strong team working skills, be a good communicator and able to build relationships quickly.
  • You can work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands.

This is not an IT focused role. This is a HR Systems bases role and previous experience within HR will be beneficial.
