Job Description

We have a dedicated CAM (Culina Asset Management) team whose priority is to take care of and manage the trucks, trailers and MHE for the wider Culina Group. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an MHE Administration Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis!

As the MHE Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the CAM Fleet Administration function within the MHE team, ensuring department objectives are achieved through a positive working environment and flexible approach. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the Fleet Administration and Maintenance function operates accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales. 
  • Managing the team to maintain the service and compliance levels for the MHE fleet throughout the wider business. 
  • Acting as the point of escalation for the team and communicating with key personnel, including suppliers, repair networks and depots. 
  • Ensuring the team deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. 
  • Controlling, maintaining and improving department processes on an on-going basis, ensuring they are both current and reflect best practice (in line with all department job descriptions and objectives).
  • Providing MHE KPI information to the business as required.
  • Ensuring MHE and business KPI’s are met, maintained and improved through the management of team objectives. 
  • Making best use of business in-house systems and understanding how they can be used most effectively in your team. 
  • Developing the team through a structured process of performance management, providing and reviewing objectives for your team and individuals. 
  • Managing personnel issues on a day to day basis including recruitment, coaching and training, ensuring cover for holiday and absence and dealing promptly with disciplinary issues using the company procedure. 
  • Deputising for the MHE Manager in their absence. 

Qualifications

  • A proven record of innovation, process management and motivation within a team environment.
  • Previous experience within a management role is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook, with strong attention to detail. 
  • A good understanding of MHE compliance.
  • Excellent communicator with a flexible and approachable attitude. 
  • An innovative and motivational character who is reliable and driven. 
  • Team orientated with excellent coaching and development skills.
