We are now recruiting for LGV HGV Class 1 Drivers on a full time, permanent basis at our Hilsea site.

• Do you hold a class C+E licence?
• Do you have a valid/current CPC?
• Do you have experience as a Class 1 LGV/HGV Driver?

The role will be Refrigerated work consisting of collections and delivering fresh produce into RDC's. 

Shifts (Average day is around 12.5 hours (in line with working time directive): days & nights 

•  4 on 4 off- Start Time - 10:00am 
• 4 on 4 off Start Time- 23:59 pm 

OTE yearly earning of:  OTE – 44K PA

Salary A (rates dependent on hours worked): -

Night Rates -  £135- £252 per shift

**£250 quarterly paid performance bonus scheme** 

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence
• Current CPC
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
