We are currently recruiting for the Stock Administrator on full-time, permanent contracts based at our Banbury site.

Job Description


Shifts: 4 on 4 off Nights 18:00 - 06:00

Salary: £29,985 pa 

  • Manage the inbound bookings diary for all clients.
  • Daily goods in and storage reporting.
  • Supporting the Goods In Administrator.
  • Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
  • Creation and modification of pre-advice documents for inbound loads.
  • Supporting colleagues throughout the network.
  • Filing general admin paperwork.
  • Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure.
  • Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note.
  • Compilation of Goods In statistics.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Computer literate and experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Oranised and able to work on its own.
  • Able to manage own work load effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
