Job Description

SOP Administrator will ensure the accurate and timely processing of Sales Orders onto the CML system.

Key responsibilities of Sales Order Processing Administrator

  • Enter orders onto the system
  • Receive and process clients orders via ASN, Manual input and monitor EDI orders.
  • Check that orders have been entered and that they are correct.
  • Chasing down missing orders with suppliers and depots.
  • Looking after a set group of suppliers.
  • To communicate any discrepancies, errors, missing orders or duplication

Qualifications

  • Very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good computer and IT skills
  • Good with paperwork
  • A desire for neatness and tidiness
  • Preparedness to work in a repetitive role
  • An ability to work independently
