Culina Logistics is looking for a committed individual to join the team as a Hygiene Operative at their chilled distribution site in Stafford. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd Party Logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
Working in a fast paced environment, our Hygiene Operatives are responsible for the ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the site, yard and offices; in line with the companies systems, policies and procedures.
As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. Colleagues can choose from the following shift patterns:
- Permanent Nights, 7.00pm to 7.00am (£10.68 per hour)
The salary for this role ranges from £21,257.60 to £22,214.40 dependent on shift pattern, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail. Though previous experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment would be an advantage, this is not a requirement as full training will be given following the induction.
