CML stores and delivers a wide variety of food products across the ambient and chilled temperature ranges, while it also offers a series of added value solutions to their clients. 

We are now recruiting for a MHE Instructor to join our CML site in Telford. 

Shift  08.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday 

A degree of flexibility is required in order to meet the demands of the business.

The role-holder will coordinate and undertake “In House” training for all warehouse employees on all of our MHE.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing training on MHE to include PPT, PPS, Reach Truck, Counterbalance and Scissor Lift.
• To instigate a program of driver improvements in terms of driving style, care of MHE etc. We are incurring very expensive PPT repairs that should be reduced considerably by educating users in improved driving styles, for example speed over the ramps.
• Keeping an up to date record of all training using a shared database.
• File and store employee training records and sign off sheets in accordance with company requirement.
• To notify Human Resources and Payroll of all training passed by employees to ensure their pay is adjusted accordingly.
• Ad hoc duties as and when requested by Warehouse Management. 
• Possible further learning of other departmental procedures to include Induction and Procedural training processes.

• RTITB or ITSSAR accredited is desirable 
• A valid Instructor qualification and relevant certification for the MHE to be taught.(PPT, RT FLT & CB FLT, MEWP)
• Able to work independently with respect to training needs.
• Accurate and attentive to detail, keeping up to date records.
• Able to prioritise own workload and be flexible in with respect business requirements.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to commit to the company.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
